Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers charming rooms with beautiful antique Vietnamese furniture and a large comfy bed, although the heating might be inconsistent. The service is fantastic with extremely friendly staff. The location is excellent, close to all the attractions of the Old Quarter. The dining experience is fantastic overall, despite a slight issue with flies in the fruit area.
The hotel rooms have been recently refurbished and were very spacious and clean, with a bathtub. The room seemed to be of different standard compared to the rest of the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing a great experience. The location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi was superb, close to market and dining options. The dining experience was delicious though slightly limited. Overall, a great place to stay for living the spirit of Hanoi.
I found the hotel to be in a fantastic location, within walking distance of everything I wanted to explore in Hanoi. The rooms were so comfortable and clean, making my stay very enjoyable. The staff were lovely, very helpful, and even assisted me in arranging my onward travel plans to Hue. However, the armoire in the room was a bit dark and small for luggage storage. Overall, a great experience!
